"22.05.2021 A nice tasting with a few friends and a lot of participants. Notes Light to medium dark in colour. Nose Light wood, fruity, banana, light caramel, spice, light ester, light floral. Palate Wood, tannins, fruity, overripe, spice, light roasted, faint chocolate, light floral. Finish Medium long, wood, banana, light chocolate, light vegetal, faint floral. Extra note. Needs to rest for a good while to make it settle down and release all its flavours."
