"Very aromatic nose, complex and atypical on the palate, earthy. A bit of young wood too. In summary, my tasting notes: Nose: Nutmeg, Toasted, Coffee On the palate: Dark chocolate, Woody, Smoky, Earthy, Toasted".
On the nose seasoned, vegetal, roasted, burnt sugar, dates, leather and a thread of herring. The palate is intriguing, with seasoning/ester, vegetable, pepper, salty and in the finish some sweet dates
Very nice discovery, I'll have to have another bottle :)
