Ferroni Cuba 2011 – 58,5 % Ce rhum, importé et retravaillé par Guillaume Ferroni, provient de la distillerie Santo Domingo De Villa Clara à Cuba. Après une première maturation en fût ex-Bourbon, il passe trois ans en Provence en fût ex-Roof Rye Whisky de premier remplissage. 🔹 Nez : typiquement cubain, marqué par le caramel. 🔹 Bouche : fruitée mais dominée par une intensité alcoolique marquée. Après un impact puissant, l’alcool s’adoucit légèrement, laissant place aux fruits à coque concentrés. 🔹 Finale : tannique, avec une forte influence du fût de rye whisky. Un rhum structuré et audacieux, mais l’alcool est trop présent.
