The "2000" was produced in Martinique at the Depaz distillery. It was distilled in 2000 from Sugar cane juice with a Creole Column and then aged for 17 years 5mo. The rum is bottled at cask strength and has an ABV of 58,5%. This is a limited release and there are only 980 bottles.
