Nischt dollet
This was my first real rum mixology where the master did some pretty good drinks. Please be aware that the score is based on the final result and not for the "raw rum" in a clea tasting, which would be pretty different! Zesty 4 cl Negrita 1 cl Angostura aromatic bitter Sugarcube Piece of orange zest Put some ice cubes into a glass, squeeze the zest onto the ice and add the remaining ingredients and stir well. Not my favourite, but still a fresh attempt to a mixer.
The best available rum in Spain and also quite inexpensive. But really only suitable for mixing. Quite alcoholic, which unfortunately is also a dominant flavor when mixed. There are better alternatives for a little more money.
Strong and flavorless
