“Wunderschön gediegene Nase, Politur und Holzreife en Masse. Mit etwas Wasser flüssige Fishermans Friends. Nicht sehr dreckig. Im Mund ölig und dicht. Eine Chemiefabrik mit Karamell. Würzig und komplex. Im Abgang dann Holz und Karamell. Ein toller Caroni. Teer und die verbrannten Noten jedoch sehr zurückhaltend. Mehr davon bitte…”

“On the nose, this Caroni shows restraint. In the mouth, however, it is already very pleasing. It is extremely sweet. Caramelllllll. If you didn't know that Luca Gargano would never add artificial sugar, well, you could almost question it here... After a bit of time in the glass, this rum softens. The alcohol is elegantly integrated. If the rum did not cost a small fortune, this Caroni would definitely go into my collection.”
