"Un single cask de J.M de 10 ans à prix correct. Un nez de bonbons acidulés étonnant avec de la banane et des fruits. En bouche l’impression d’un fût pas tout à fait net, dommage. L’alcool bien que peu imposant n’est pas très bien intégré. La finale reste acidulée et pas trop longue et on ressent encore le petit problème de fût."

"Nez intéressant, on respire la banane et ce n’est pas trop agressif ! L’attaque en bouche est très agréable. Belle acidité et fraîcheur mais il manque un peu de densité mais il y a une belle finale moyennement longue"
