7,4:On the nose, we get ripe, sweet, candied, perhaps honeyed cane. Also the pepper and pulp are candied, very soft, with a hint of honey. Some lime peel adds a touch of freshness, for a well-rounded balance. An aeration brings us a full bodied rhum with mellow wood and sweet spices and bitter citrus. 7,3:On the palate, the attack is dry and balanced with pure cane juice, a bit peppery and mineral.
