“Des marqueurs d’atelier mécanique avec un côté givré, du jus de pomme, de l’ananas et des fruits tropicaux. La bouche est légèrement acqueuse au début, puis tout s’ouvre : atelier mécanique, jus de pomme, fruits tropicaux. La finale est longue mais plus courte qu’attendue avec une amertume noble qui donne envie d’en reprendre. Le plus faible des Caroni “hangar”, moins d’aromatique et un début de bouche un peu acqueux. Ça reste malgré tout un fantastique rhum !”
