"Surprisingly good, better than expected. The nose is fruity and spicy with additional aroma of leather. At the palate it’s very spicy and intense but also woody and with additional flavor of leather and licorice."

"A deep golden color.A very nice nose, dried fruit, tobacco, vanilla. Balanced and melted - as the French would say - not very complex.In the mouth it continues similarly.Great flavor profile, very good rum. The 43% alone prevents higher consecrations. Highly recommended (at the price).The reading material to go with it: Greene's "The hour of the comedians".This was the best - and cheapest - rum in the Grand Park Hotel Rovinj."

"Un rhum goûté au Lucerne Gin and Rum Festival 2024. Un nez doux et intense avec du végétal, des racines, des fruits secs, du caramel et de l’amertume. Amertume marquée en bouche avec du boisé/vanillé, des fruits secs, du caramel et de la réglisse. La finale est marquée par l’amertume et comme une rémanence de sucre. Un rhum bien plus intéressant que le 4 et surtout le 8 ans."
