Wow, echt gut, hätte ich auch hier nicht erwartet. I der Nase hat man einen Honig, Frucht- und Tabakgeruch. Setzt sich so im Gaumen fort. Für mich schmeckt dieser Rum wirklich mild, Alkohol ist gut eingebunden. Empfehlung.
Der Signature Cask ist ein entspannter Gaumenschmeichler der sicherlich auch sehr gut ein Tasting eröffnen kann. Trotz der eigentlich sehr geringen Zuckermenge ist er uns ein wenig zu süß. Die Aromen sind fein und dezent.
