It was distilled in 2005 from Molasses and then aged for 12 years. The rum has an ABV of 46%. Relaxed, delicious Belize rum.
Very round, pleasing and dangerously palatable Belize. Milk chocolate, cream caramel, banana, pineapple and chocolate cookies. Very tasty and a great easy sipping Belize where I don't miss any extra %.
Tasted at German rum festival Pleasant rum. Not really distinctive.
