“Vergebt mir, aber blind hätte ich beim Geruch Stein und Bein geschworen, dass es ein Jamaicaner ist, Ester-Alarm! Am Gaumen klärt sich das aber ganz schnell: kein Ester, dafür prägnante Rauchnote. Gefällt mir trotzdem gut. Abgang etwas zu kurz. Update 2022-11-30: Heute an der Nase eine anziehende Balance aus Süße und Rauch (2 Punkte Aufwertung), dafür am Gaumen säuerlich-heuig (2 Punkte Abwertung). Es bleibt also bei 83 Punkten. Solide Sache, dieser Clairin.”

“Typisch Clairin Rocher mit viel Salz, viel vergorenen Früchten und Olivenlake. Das bourbon Fass und caroni Fass bringt etwas mehr Komplexität dazu aber insgesamt bin ich hier nach wie vor mehr ein Fan von den ungelagerten Clairins... Werde ich nicht warm mit.”

“Interesant. Aber auch zu wenig von allem. Etwas Rauch, etwas BBQ. Nase schön tropisch fruchtig mit dieser Rauch Note. Aber dann im Geschmack und Abgang leider nicht mehr so viel wie erhofft. Schwieriges Fass und etwas sehr spezielles.”
