Rhum dans l’ester. Comme le 2006, très puissant et intense. Nez, fruits exotique, caramel et épices bien présente. Bouche, on retrouve bien les fruits exotique, la vanille et une touche poivré ainsi qu’une touche salé. La finale est entre le piquant et le sel.
November has been crazy. Got tons of samples and attended 6 tastings and it looks like December will be almost the same. What a way to end the year. Also getting ready for the German Rum Festival and the Whisky Event in Paris 2023. Now to this rum. Nicely balanced and really well integrated ABV. I like the light wood and nutty flavours in there. Rest for a good while before giving it a go to ba able to enjoy all the flavours. The empty glass is also a nice experience after a few hours.

A good Worthy Park without being transcendent. Still fruity, a little floral and medicinal, with good length. I think it deserves a little more ageing.
