The Saint Catherine was produced in Jamaica at the Worthy Park distillery. It was selected and bottled by the independent bottler The Wild Parrot. It was distilled in 2010 from Molasses with a Pot Still and then aged for 10 years. The rum is bottled at cask strength and has an ABV of 61.3%. This is a limited release and there are only 266 bottles.
