"On The Rocks: On the nose there is a spice, fruit, citrus and oak mixture but does not present like a traditional Agricole. Taste reveals an initial sweeter taste with an immediate hit of spice and oak. Additional sips reveal a mild fresh cut grass Agricole note. Finish is medium length with a mild citrus and sweetness slowly fading away with a slight bitterness. Mixed Pepsi Zero: On the nose there is a sweetness with underlying citrus. Taste is a bright sweetness with pleasant citrus notes. Finish is short with sweetness fading away. This is actually a reasonable mixer and can be enjoyed mixed as well."
