“On The Rocks: On the nose there is a spice, fruit, citrus and oak mixture but does not present like a traditional Agricole. Taste reveals an initial slightly bitterness but it gives way momentarily to a much sweeter taste with an underlying spice and oak. Finish is medium length with a mild citrus and sweetness slowly fading away. Mixed Pepsi Zero: On the nose there is a sweetness with underlying citrus. Taste is a bright sweetness with pleasant citrus notes. Finish is short with sweetness fading away. This is actually a reasonable mixer and can be enjoyed mixed as well.”
