Der weiße fällt natürlich etwas ab von den Lantenhammers, ist aber immer noch ein ganz okayer Rum. In der Nase geht er Richtung Obstler, im Gaumen dann ebenfalls Obstler und noch dazu schmeckt er fruchtig und mild. Für einen weißen echt okay.
Extrem sauber destilliert. Dadurch trotz sehr langer Fermentation aromatisch eher Richtung Obstler und Creme unterwegs.
Reminds me strongly of a Grappa, I once had.
