Un single cask Caroni d’exception. Parfait d’équilibre entre les notes d’atelier mécanique et les fruits tropicaux. Équilibre subtil entre la force, le mordant de l’alcool et la profondeur des arômes. Un nez magnifique suivi d’une bouche un peu différente mais tout aussi belle. Une longueur sans fin mais surtout une finale soyeuse et riche. Un rhum que devraient adorer les amateurs de whisky. Un peu trop subtil pour les amateurs de Caronis extrêmes. Un single cask qui a échappé à la vigilance de Luca Gargano ?
