“Pretty wood driven Mauritian rum. Armagnaccy. Good sweet and sour balance. Dried fruits. Thick. a bit of Tobacco. Not as "fresh" as younger New Grove. More complex in spiciness and "woody" flavours. Recommended if you're also into the more thicker flavoured Armagnacs/Cognacs and Brandies.”
