"This is a rum in the low price range and I think it performs pretty well when looking at the price tag. The nose is extremely light once rested and there's a bit of workshop in there 😊 Lightly fruity with nice smoky wood and peat is very obvious in the profile. This is probably a rum that can masquerade as a whisky if you want to try it out on your whisky friends."
"Finished in an Islay cask. It morphs more into a tobacco flavoured rum than a peaty/medicinal rum. Which makes it more interesting. Some well roasted coffeebeans. Not too sweet. I like it a lot."
