The "Martinique" was produced in Martinique at the Distillerie du Simon distillery. It was selected and bottled by the independent bottler Samaroli. It was distilled in 2008 from Sugar cane juice with a Creole Column and then aged for 12 years. The rum has an ABV of 45%.
