Samaroli Martinique
The "Martinique" was produced in Martinique at the Distillerie du Simon distillery. It was selected and bottled by the independent bottler Samaroli. It was distilled in 2008 from Sugar cane juice with a Creole Column and then aged for 12 years. The rum has an ABV of 45%. 14.04.2021 Relaxing at home with some new samples. Notes Very light in colour. Nose Light wood, spice, cherry, light chocolate, dried fruit, light vegetal, faint nutts. Palate Light, light wood, fresh, oily, dried fruit, light cherry, light mint, light earthy, faint licorice. Finish Light, medium long, wood, oily, faint tobacco, light licorice, light cherry, raisin.
