So soll ein Rotwein-Finish schmecken! Es ist präsent ohne den Rum zu übernehmen. Rot Früchte, Beeren und Kirsche bleiben von der Nase bis zum Abgang. Dazu kommen Gewürze (Kreuzkümmel, Nelken) - und ein Hauch Schwefel, der im Mund und Abgang etwas Salz hinterlässt. Im Mund kommt trotz des geringen Alkoholgehalt einiges an Aroma zusammen. Erinnert insgesamt etwas an einen sehr eleganten 2008er Ten Cane. Bisschen zu wenig Action, aber dafür könnte ich das fast jeden Tag trinken.
