    "Ausgesprochen rund und stimmig, süffig durch 19 g/L Zucker. Aber auch der Blend selbst aus Column- und Pot-Still, aus Zuckerrohrsaft und Melasse aus Dominikanischer Republik, Nicaragua, Panama und Barbados ist einfach richtig gut abgestimmt. Wenn man mal jemanden für Rum begeistern möchte: mit Barril anfüttern. Die kleine „Flasche“ konnte ich bei den SugarCane Days 2023 in Hamburg direkt von Martin Birk Jensen abstauben."
