„Al naso è agrumato, floreale e burroso con un lato vegetale/erbaceo, di nocciole e di frutta fermentata(ananas sotto aceto) , molto buono. Al palato è caldo e abbastanza secco con burro, nocciole, agrumi e pepe. Nel finale un po' d'aceto, sapidità e una lontana nota terrosa. Nel bicchiere vuoto qualche fermentato.Interessante questa varietà di canna.“

„Au nez: de la canne fraîche sucrée, c’est fruité-huileux avec une pointe de fruits secs. Le nez est quelque peu plus en retenue que le Baltazia. Un peu d’Anis et de salé complète ce nez. L’attaque en bouche est à nouveau puissante voir un peu rude, c’est moins épicé que le Baltazia et plus sur le fruité (pomme-poire), c’est plus terreux. La finale est sur l’amande et le cuir mais est moins persistante que le Baltazia. Perso, comme pour le Baltazia, je regrette cette attaque trop rude en bouche. En comparatif, je préfère le Baltazia au Genou Cassé car le Baltazia a plus de longueur“
