Very nice white rum from Bielle once again, really nice with a profile of its own!
Voilà un rhum blanc qui détonne ! Si la canne est bien présente, c'est d'abord le côté iodé qui surprend. C'est également très végétal et piquant. En bouche, sensation étonnement terreuse et sur le cuir. La canne est là. C'est fort. Piquant. Très surprenant, dans le bon sens du terme.
