This is a very nice Richland, this time finished on IPA casks and there is a touch of it. If you don't like IPA you might dislike this rum all depending on your palate. The nose is light with fruitiness and vanilla to it. In the back there's vanilla, IPA and a touch of medicinal touch. The palate is balanced and complex with wood and a slight bitterness. Cherry, caramel and vanilla is topped off with IPA and once again the medicinal note. The finish is long a tad bitter, in a good way and some wood and vanilla to finish it.
