A charming nose of fresh cane, very floral. As with the Issan tasted earlier, also produced from pure Asian cane juice, it's a far cry from our agricultural rums. It's earthy, like after mowing wet grass. Fresh and fruity, we want to taste it. On the palate, it's well-balanced and greedy. It's less fruity but more herbaceous and spicy. There's a hint of olive, a little like Savanna. Good length. In conclusion, this is an atypical rum that does the job well.
