“Le nez est charmeur sur la canne fraiche, c’est très floral. Comme pour le Issan dégusté précédemment, produit également sur pur jus de canne asiatique, on est très loin de nos repères liés aux rhums agricoles. C’est terreux, comme après avoir tondu l’herbe mouillée. C’est frais et fruité, on veut le gouter. En bouche, c’est bien équilibré et gourmand. On est moins sur le fruité mais à nouveau sur l’herbacé et les épices. Il y a une note d’olive un peu comme chez Savanna qui en ressort. On a droit à une belle longueur. En conclusion, c’est un rhum atypique qui fait bien le job.”
