How does this rum taste?
- Complex and refreshing profile
- Unique aromatic blend
- Ideal for cocktails
The "Phoenix" rum, crafted at Guadeloupe's ReimonenQ distillery, is a distinct Agricole distilled from sugarcane juice using a Creole Column in 2018, then limited to just 3000 bottles. With an ABV of 50%, it presents a complex aromatic profile featuring pastries, tropical fruit, and green apple. Its flavor combines sugarcane, bitter orange, and pear for a refreshing and balanced taste. Users describe it as smooth and intriguing, diverging from typical Agricole styles with unique influences of kiwi and salt. Phoenix’s round, oily texture and medium finish make it ideal for cocktails such as daiquiris or Ti-Punch. This rum carries an interesting backstory of resilience, making it a noteworthy addition for enthusiasts.

To ReimonenQ
"Overall a very smooth and pleasant Agricole Blanc with typical characteristic aromas and tastes for an ReimonenQ which is distilled in 2018 and has spent two years in steel vats before diluted to 50% and bottled."
