Le nez est vraiment explosif, c'est super puissant. Il a direct un côté rafraîchissant et épicé. On remarque déjà que la palette aromatique est très large, et avec un peu d'aération, on sent des clous de girofle mélangés à de la vanille, une pointe de coco, et du citron vert. Vraiment super sympa à humer. C'est pas évident de comparer ces 4 profils très riches, revenir de l'un à l'autre, le nez peut vite saturer. Mais le Long Pond est le plus accessible et le plus sympa au nez. C'est méga fruité. En bouche, wow, c'est du même apanage, on a la même richesse aromatique. Super bon, super fruité, super frais. Un régal.
Pure raspberry yogurt! daiquiri Note 4/10 unfortunately slightly medicinal patch notes come through here🙈 but also a bit of pineapple, so quite good pure in the daiquiri but rather average. I would have expected more...
Nose: Superglue, strawberry and rubber Thick mouthfeel on synthetic banana/tagada strawberry Pineapple and wax finish This Long Pond white is unfortunately too restrained. It has very little interest in pure tasting. To be preferred in mixology ...
Pretty good white that I'd use in a mixer. Fruity and fresh with some medicinal notes. Thanks to Mark for sending this sample to me.
