“This is a rum that I think people will agree to disagree about. None the less a pretty good one in my mind. The nose is nicely fruity with vanilla and esters, in the back i find some polish. The palate is true to the nose with fruits and esters. The palate is warm and dry but still well balanced. The finish is long and lightly dry with papaya and roasted barrel.”

“Short prefazit: Very pleasant.Quickly you realize what you're dealing with here. Compared to other Hampden, because this part is clearly the more dominant in the nose, it is neither too soft-purged nor too crass or too exhausting.
