“Nase: erst alkoholisch scharf, dann süßlich-fruchtig-blumig. Saftige Plattpfirsiche und süße Aprikosen gepaart mit einem Potpourri von tropischen Früchten und einem feinen Hauch Kokos. Wirkt sehr süßlich mit Honig, Karamell und Sahnetoffee. Hat auch was von frischem Keksteig. Hinten kommt noch eine leichte Holznote. Gaumen: auch hier fruchtig-blumig, der Alkohol ist spürbar, aber doch recht gut eingebunden, wirkt aber anfangs adstringent und leicht bitter. Wieder Pfirsich und Aprikose aber auch leicht parfümiert. Hinten geht es Richtung Früchtebrot mit frischen Kokosraspeln. Ein recht guter Belize, der durch den hohen ABV auch ordentlich was mit bringt.”

“Belize Rum wie ich ihn liebe! absolut harmonisch, rund und Alkohol perfekt eingebunden. Gegrillte Ananas ohne Ende mit etwas Fass-Noten, Kokos, Karamellbonbon und Kakaonibs. dazu kommt etwas Kumquatmarmelade und Zitronenabrieb. sehr sehr lecker!”
