How does this rum taste?
- Complex and layered aroma
- Well-integrated alcohol
- Rich agricole character
The "Millésime 2010" rum from La Favorite distillery in Martinique is a distinguished agricole spirit crafted from sugarcane juice and aged for nearly nine years. It employs a column still with an impressive 52.8% ABV. This limited release of 6,000 bottles boasts a complex aroma of woody notes, sugarcane, and spice with undertones of dried fruit and cinnamon. Users praise its mild sweetness, peppery and woody palate, and a distinctive agricole finish. While the finish is noted for its strong, spicy, and dry character, some find its bitterness and sharpness challenging. Remarkably, the alcohol integration and fruity nuances garner praise, making it a refined choice for seasoned rum enthusiasts.

To La Favorite
"Very close to the previous year and equally tasty. "
