It was distilled in 2008 from Molasses with a Column Still and then aged for 11 years 8mo. The rum is bottled at cask strength and has an ABV of 53,5%. Reminds somehow of croissants filled with Nutella 😄On the nose nutty-roasty, caramel, baking spice. This harmonizes well with the bourbon barrel note. Similar on the palate, nutty-spicy, caramel, chocolatey, barrel. Really tasty stuff! Many thanks for the sample to Vienna!
