The "Panama 11 Years" was produced in Panama at the Don José distillery. It was selected and bottled by the independent bottler Vinothek St. Stephan. It was distilled in 2008 from Molasses with a Column Still and then aged for 11 years 8mo. The rum is bottled at cask strength and has an ABV of 53,5%.
