“In der Nase steigt zunächst sehr dominant Karamell auf... dann entwickelt sich sehr viel alkoholisches , mich an Armangnac erinnernd Am Gaumen strömt erst eine warme Süße heran, die dann in eine pfeffrige Würze übergeht.. und letzten Endes leicht bitter zu werden. Der Abgang ist relativ kurz, es bleibt das pfeffrige! Der Rum ist nicht sehr komplex!”
