Erstaunlich reif für drei Jahre. Weniger fruchtig, mehr auf würziger und holziger Seite. Dazu die typischen grasigen Agricole-Noten und angenehme Süße. Ich brauche keine ganze Flasche davon, aber es ist toll den probiert zu haben.
Richtig schöner Agricole, überraschend komplex und würzig für das junge Alter. Der Alkohol ist gut eingebunden und gibt dem ganzen genug Kraft. Mich beeindruckt vor allem die Note aus gerösteter Kokosnuss, Pekannüssen, altem Leder, Tabak, Vanille-Mark und Zimtrinde und frisch geriebener Muskatnuss. Mit der Zeit entwickelt er außerdem leichte Noten nach Zitronenmelisse und anderen Kräutern und wird minimal scharf im Abgang. Sonst wäre die Bewertung etwas höher!
Très belle sélection de ce jeune J.M qui est aussi gourmand (sur le boisé) que sérieux
Ordentlicher J.M. Gut eingebundener Alkohol, Früchte, leckerer Burbon touch. Hatte noch nicht soviel gelagerte J.M im Glas, aber der hier ist definitiv schön ausgewogen und kann als daily sipper gebissen werden.
