"Un jeune rhum qui tente de tirer le potentiel du fameux rhum blanc monovariétal en vieillissement. Le nez montre une fraîcheur végétale et florale, de la canne à sucre, quelques épices et tire sur le jeune bois et un côté un peu sirupeux. Ce côté doux se retrouve en bouche, avec des notes de fruits secs et végétales. La finale se veut courte et orientée sur les mêmes arômes. Un rhum frais et sympathique qui fonctionnerait bien lors de soirées estivales."

"Al naso è freschissimo con note di legno per mobili, pere (forse anche mele) cotte, frutti rossi maturi (prugne, mirtilli, lamponi, more), fiori, petricore, tabacco giovane e canna dolce. Davvero molto buono. Al palato legno nobile, frutti, tabacco, sciroppo di miele in sottofondo, fiori e spezie carbonizzate sul finale. Mi ricorda vagamente il profilo 3R (e ciò mi fa pensare che anche loro usino spesso la canne bleue). Il finale, purtroppo, è molto corto e la versione bianca resta migliore con un tocco più erbaceo e meno addolcito."
