Just a sample, but better than expected. I won’t hesitate if someone offers me a glass. The nose is sweet, spicy and woody with scents of vanilla and oak. At the palate it’s sweet, woody and round with flavors of honey, oak, dark chocolate and vanilla. The finish is rather short.
Der mit Honig versetzte Blend wirkt rund und gefällig für Rum Beginner. Sehr ausgewogen. Für Experten ist die Süsse jedoch zu Schwer was sich in der Bewertung niederschlägt. Dennoch eine solide Qualität von Samai.
Erster Rum aus Kambodscha. Super fruchtig in Nase und Mund, die Banane entfaltet sich nach einiger Zeit wirklich schön; weniger Holznoten, aber lediglich von neuem Holz (Sherry Cask für mich nicht erkennbar). Leicht scharfer trockener Abgang.
rum aus Kambodscha, mal was neues. intensive fruchtige pot still Noten und Honig sind im Vordergrund und ein wenig sherry. schmeckt gut aber auch etwas harsch, da nur 2 Jahre gereift. schmeckt nachgesüßt
