“rum aus Kambodscha, mal was neues. intensive fruchtige pot still Noten und Honig sind im Vordergrund und ein wenig sherry. schmeckt gut aber auch etwas harsch, da nur 2 Jahre gereift. schmeckt nachgesüßt”

“Un petit rhum de base axé sur la douceur. Le nez dévoile des arômes de miel, de caramel, d’épices et de fruits (banane, noix) avec une touche de bois et d’alcool. Clairement pas le profil le plus original, ni le plus transcendant. Les saveurs en bouche ne sont pas désagréables : les fruits, combinés au caramel, au chocolat, aux notes rôties et sucrées avec un soupçon de notes terreuses forment une jolie composition. Toutefois la dilution est trop perceptible et ternit le produit final. La finale revient sur la douceur des épices, des notes rôties et fruitées avec une influence caramélisée et mielleuse. Les rhums du Cambodge pourraient avoir un beau potentiel s’ils n’étaient pas brimés de la sorte hélas.”
