The Trelawny Endemic Birds (Lizard Cuckoo) is a unique Jamaican rum crafted at the Hampden distillery and bottled by Velier. 27.03.2021 A nice Velier tasting thanks to my friend Cheng from Singapore. Notes Medium dark in colour. Nose Intense, wood, light roasted, fruity, orange, banana, faint smoke, ester. Palate Light oily, wood, light smoke, spice, warm, light berries, fruity, banana. Finish Medium to long and warm, wood, fruity, light orange, spice, faint chocolate.
Sehr runder, leicht fruchtiger Hampden.
The rum was opened for ages, it could degrade the taste of the rum
K tomuhle ptáčkovinse vracím po několika měsících podruhé, a bohužel ho to bude stát pár bodů hodnocení, protože mám víc s čím srovnat. Opět se objevuje hořkost, a takový divný odchod v hrdle, opět takové zbytečně moc uhlazené. Přesto z doposud ochutnaných ptáčků nejlepší.
