"Overall a fantastic Agricole that I really can recommend. This fantastic Agricole Blanc was released to celebrate the 100 years anniversary of the distillery founded by the two Finnish brothers Joseph & Fernand Reimonenq in 1916. The nose is very fresh with aromas of fruits and vegetals. At the palate the aromas comes back as flavors with a certain sweetness from the cane and an oiliness that I just love. In the end it feels like the flavors never disappear."
"Alors c’est pas mal même si c’est pas un coup de cœur On a une belle canne mais vite masquée par des notes pas forcément harmonieuses notamment un petit côté métallique. Des fruits se dégagent aussi dans le fond peut être de la peau de groseille."
"Typical nose of agricultural whites: very fresh on the sugar cane. Its entry in mouth is soft and pleasant. We find nice vegetal and citrus notes. Its pastry finish is unfortunately too hot and bitter, which makes the finish less pleasant than the attack. I admit I was a bit disappointed, I expected better after such a long brewing time. It lacks the sweetness/tartness to satisfy me. I prefer it as a T-Punch than as a pure tasting. If I have to choose, I choose the Phoenix at ReimonenQ."
