“Meiner Meinung nach ein unterschätzte Vertreter aus Fiji. Das Finisch im New Yarmouth Fass passt ausgezeichnet zum Fiji Profil. Insgesamt ein wenig scharfkantig aber auch mit viel Frucht und einer verblüffenden Trockenheit und leicht salzig. Hervorragendes P/L Verhältnis!”

“was eine Ester Granate... mir persönlich obwohl ich sonst drauf steh nimmt das New Yarmouth finish hier etwas zu arg überhand, selbst nach einer Stunde atmen. der fjjj an sich bringt schöne typische medizinische Noten, sowie Kamille, Ananas, und Kaffee/Mokka Noten sowie einen Hauch dunkle Schokolade mit Meersalz. das jny Finish wiederum bringt die Ester stark in den Vordergrund was ich nicht erwartet hätte... mir persönlich wird es etwas zu Essig/Ester lastig, und zu alkoholisch Hintenraus... dennoch ist es eine absolute Aroma Bombe und ein spannendes Projekt zum extrem fairen Kurs!”
