This is a very rare bottle from the new Danish Nobilis. Only 169 bottles made of this single cask rum and what a way to start a new brand. The nose is a fruity, dark and oaky experience and it's very well balanced. The palate is an explosion of tastes once rested for 15 minutes and it comes of a little dry, not bad actually, with a fruity start going into spices, oak and a tad of smoke. The finish is long, spicy and fruity at the same time.
