"Une bouteille ouverte pour l’occasion. Un nez de placard avec de la poussière et des notes de vieille cave. Très peu de nez mais on y sent du végétal et quelques fruits. La bouche est nettement meilleure avec des fruits tropicaux et du végétal. Une belle finale longue et sur des beaux amers et toujours des fruits, et cette impression de vieille corde de chanvre qui persiste. Énormément de différence entre un nez très discret et une belle bouche ample et surtout une belle finale."
"26.03.2021 Sitting at home enjoying some new samples I got. Notes Medium dark in colour. Nose Wood, light roasted, vegetal, light sugarcane, light citrus, faint cherry. Palate Intense, spicy, wood, dried fruit, balanced, sugarcane, light olive, faint floral. Finish Long and warm, fruits, spice, oily, wood, light spicy. Extra note. Need to rest to fully release its flavours, especially the wood shines through after resting."
