"Un nez de vieille cave humide. Une bouche végétale avec toujours la cave humide, une bouche plutôt fermée. Il manque quelques watts mais surtout la finale est décevante. L’impression qu’il y a eu un mauvais fût dans le lot. Regoûté et je me trouve trop sévère, même s’il manque des watts, le rhum est doux et raffiné. La finale n’est pas si mal avec du poivre. Ouvert il y a une année, l’oxydation a fait son travail."

"Ein Phänomen. Trotz der nur 41,3% ein schwerer Agricole mit Tiefgang. Man merkt ihm das Alter gut an, ohne ansatzweise überlagert zu sein oder zu holzig zu sein. Die frisch geöffnete Flasche riecht fast Richtung Rotwein aus dem Barriquefass. Toller Genuss. Im Mund dann die dunklen Grastöne von guten alten Agricoles. Erinmert mich an ältere Rhum JMs. Schöner komplexer Abgang mit guter Länge, trotz der niedrigen %."
