“Au nez, il est sur des odeurs de chocolat fondu, de boisé doux, de fruits enrobant. On sait que c’est pâtissier/dessert d’emblé mais sans trop être liquoreux non plus. En bouche, il est lisse, doux, même très doux, aucune attaque ici, ni sensation d’alcool présente. J’ai vraiment la sensation de fondu, caramel, chocolat noir style fudge. C’est agréable, élégant oui mais je ne sais pas trop ce n’est pas pour moi, sucré doucement, pas liquoreux mais mielleux chocolat je ne sais pas à quoi j’ai affaire tellement le vieillissement est particulier et ne donne pas l’âge véritable de ce rhum.”
