A great rum actually. Fruity from nose to finish, lightly dry and slight touch of wood. Price to quality is very good.

Un rhum agricole qui démarre avec un joli nez boisé, vanillé avec des notes de chocolat, d’épices et de fruits. En bouche, le boisé prend le dessus, rendant le jus très simple et pas aussi développé que le nez le laisse entendre. La finale se termine sur cette même note boisée un peu rôti. Un rhum sec et dilué qui pourrait gagner en complexité.

Le nez est charmeur. Un Agricole bien marqué bois, typique chez bally mais toujours avec une belle trame de fruits confits derrière. En bouche c'est un peu décevant car le bois ne laisse pas de place au reste et du coup ca manque de complexité et de gourmandise.

schöne Nase, schönes Bouquet auch im Geschmack, leider auch wieder fast sofort weg und sehr dünn und flüchtig.
