J. Bally Millésime 2005
Most enjoy the warm woody-vanilla nose and easy-drinking profile. Critics find it diluted, with wood dominating and little complexity. Consensus: a pleasant, light Bally millésime at fair value.
Agricole-curious drinkers who want a gentle, woody, dry sipper at manageable 43% ABV, and Bally fans looking for an easy everyday vintage bottle.

How does this rum taste?
Light, woody agricole, easy but a bit thin
If you like softer aged agricoles like Clément VO but want a bit more wood and cocoa, this Bally fits—just don’t expect cask-strength depth or huge complexity.
Those wanting high-intensity, complex agricole or cask strength power; drinkers who dislike dominant oak and a relatively thin, short palate.

A great rum actually. Fruity from nose to finish, lightly dry and slight touch of wood. Price to quality is very good.
Alles in allem sehr lecker.
