"Dieser Agricole ist eher trocken. Er braucht seine Zeit im Glas um sich zu entfalten. Die Nase ist fruchtig mit einer leichten alc. Schärfe, Kokosnuss und Vanille gesellen sich dazu. Im Mund trocken, holzig und fruchtig. Langer Abgang mit leicht grasiger Note, Lakritz Geschmack und Tabak. Kann als Aperitif oder Digestive getrunken werden."
"Al naso piacevole e delicato con legno, tabacco, zucchero bruciato, cioccolato bianco al caramello e datteri/frutta. Al palato è avvolgente e a tratti pungente con le note dolci di frutta secca, un filo di legno, qualche spezia pepata e non, tabacco, cognac e nel finale qualche vegetale insieme ad una nota carbonizzata lontana. Lascia in bocca un retrogusto legnoso e secco. Nel bicchiere vuoto stagionati. Personalmente avrei preferito un abv più alto, avrebbe avuto più espressività, inoltre mi aspettavo più aroma da questa tostatura Alligator"
"Au nez, on a l'impression d'un rhum de tradition espagnole. c'est sucré, vanillé, rond. En bouche, c'est surprenant car beaucoup plus sec, boisé, agricole, sur le fruit jaune. Après aération, on trouve un savoureux mélange entre le nez et la bouche : un rhum à la fois sec et rond, sucré, vanillé mais aussi boisé et épicé. Très joli rhum. J'ai beaucoup aimé."
