Exploration N°2, crafted in 2015 at the La Favorite distillery in Martinique, is a limited-edition rum with only 2,850 bottles. Un nez avec des agrumes, mais aussi du végétal et pas mal de complexité. On retrouve la complexité en bouche avec de la fraîcheur, des épices et un bel équilibre. La finale, marquée par le rôti, est moyenne/longue toujours dans l’équilibre. Un très beau rhum dans l’élégance.
With a medium to long finish this rum comes at you with nice oak and fruits. Coffee, chocolate and licorice are there too. There is a nice roasted/smoky note in there as well which I like. Wonderful Agricole.
Une merveille de rhum pour un 5 ans d'age. Le travail sur la chauffe des futs donne un resultat fantastique.
Krasse Farbe für das junge Alter. Nase sehr Floral ... Zitrusfrüchte, Orangenschale (die gespritzte) ,Holz . Gaumen Blumig und Bitter... wieder Zitrusfrüchte (unreife) ... auch hier Holz . Alles eher mild. Abgang sehr trocken und bitter .
