The "Barbados" was produced in Barbados at the Foursquare distillery. It was selected and bottled by the independent bottler Compagnie des Indes. It was distilled in 1998 from Molasses with a Pot and Column Still and then aged for 16 years. The rum has an ABV of 45%. This is a limited release and there are only 354 bottles. 6 community members rated this rum with an average of 7.6/10. The rum smells like Oak, Vanilla and Minty, and on the palate there is Oak, Dark chocolate and Mineral.

Yesterday's tasting went a bit overboard so I thin I'll only add the first 6 because we had more than one too many :-) This is a very nicely finished Barbadian rum a big surprise but still amazing.
