To Tarrafal de Monte Trigo
One stored grogue and it's completely different: Nose: Almost no longer this fermented, vegatable, green. Instead, there is vanilla, cherry, a little toffee, moist, mild but acidic tobacco. A little chamomile. But all somewhat artificial. Palate: oh, what's that? While the nose was still pleasant, here comes a nasty off-note. Earthy, musty, grassy. But unpleasant. Plus a slight, unpalatable eucalyptus note. Sour and sugar water at the end. Unfortunately nothing for me.
