It was distilled in 2007 from Sugar cane honey with a Column Still and then aged for 13 years. The rum has an ABV of 45%. The rum smells like Grapes, Herbal and Flowery, and on the palate there is Earthy, Herbal and Menthol.

Nice sipper without added sugar. Very soft, sweet and milk chocolate on nose. Fino cask 👍 Id like to come back to this specific release
Fino finish works very well with the per se sweet-ish rum, adding floral and herbal notes. Well done.
Very good rum. Nice packaging and bottle. Not worth 65 euros! For me it's a rum at 35-40 euros a bottle.
