“Un rhum de la Réunion qui débute avec un joli bouquet floral, du parfum, des notes de fraîcheur mentholée, quelques épices, des notes fruitées et du caramel, pour un profil frais et gourmand. L’attaque en bouche est très (trop) légère, avec les épices et des saveurs de thé qui agrémentent le palais. La finale, moyennement longue, prolonge le côté floral et épicé vu précédemment. Un profil de rhum intéressant, facile à boire mais qui offre plus qu’il ne le prétend.”

“Sans comparaison avec le single cask 2004 goûté juste après. Assez sympa. Un bon rhum traditionnel de la Réunion mais un peu trop réduit pour moi. Goûté dans une situation où il ne developpait pas beaucoup de choses à mon sens.”
